Rodney Vlais is a clinical psychologist and social change worker who is passionate about challenging state-sponsored corporate globalisation and renewing relocalised, life-sustaining societies. He works on a range of levels to encourage people to resist the institutions of the global economy, and to draw upon indigenous and Earth-centred spiritualities to reinvent our stories of who we are in the context of the sacredness of life. He is angry about the pollution of our mental environments through efforts by the corporation to transform society into an image of itself, and dreams of a world where people are free from this intrusion to live creative, spontaneous and alive lives.
